Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, guiding on policies, benefits, and processes.
  • Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and policy interpretation.
  • Process HRIS transactions: hires, changes, comp, terminations.
  • Coordinate I-9 verification and employment verification requests.
  • Assist with leave administration (FMLA, ADA) and compliance with laws.
  • Generate HR reports and analyze workforce data to support decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and the employee experience.

Location:HHS Home OfficePay Rate:Hourly - Hourly Plan, 23.00 USD HourlyWork Shift:Morning Shift (United States of America)Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesHuman Resources GeneralistThe Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department while partnering with employees and managers across the organization. This role serves as a trusted resource for HR-related matters and supports all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and HR administration.The ideal candidate is a proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service to employees.Work Schedule: This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office and two days remote.
