Job summary

OneSource Virtual (OSV) is seeking a Fulfillment Processor for an onsite role in Dallas, TX. You will handle payroll-related fulfillment tasks, including printing, mailing, and W-2 processing, while maintaining accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with seasonal overtime during peak W-2 windows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to work as a team member.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tickets to ensure service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Process payrolls/FAO/Garnishments/Benefits and incoming mail.
• Process fulfillment requests with provided instructions.
• Coordinate with Payroll Administrators to resolve fulfillment issues.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Operate inserting and postage machines.
• Operate shipping stations.
• Follow and maintain 5S standards.
• Participate in special projects as assigned by the Fulfillment Manager.
