Job summary

OneSource Virtual (OSV) in Dallas, TX is seeking a Fulfillment Processor to handle payroll checks, advices, W-2s and garnishments, working onsite at our Dallas office. Responsibilities include printing, operating inserting and postage machines, creating shipping documents, and coordinating with Payroll Administrators to resolve issues.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and performing in a fast-paced environment; overtime during peak W-2 periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with excellent customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and related Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tickets to ensure service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Process payrolls, FAO, garnishments, benefits and incoming mail per instructions.
• Process fulfillment requests as directed.
• Collaborate with Payroll Administrators to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain written records, files and documentation.
• Operate inserting and postage machines.
• Operate shipping stations.
• Follow and maintain 5S standards.
• Work on special projects as assigned by the Fulfillment Manager.
