Job summary

OneSource Virtual in Dallas, TX is seeking a Fulfillment Processor to support payroll document processing, mailing, and shipping operations. This onsite role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and tolerance for a fast-paced environment.

Seasonal overtime during peak W-2 periods is expected. Responsibilities include monitoring tickets, processing payrolls, garnishments, benefits, and incoming mail, and coordinating with Payroll Administrators to resolve fulfillment issues.

Qualifications

• Team player with strong communication and customer service.
• Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
• Able to operate/learn inserting machine.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tickets to ensure service level agreements and high customer satisfaction levels are being met.
• Process payrolls/FAO/Garnishments/Benefits and incoming mail using instructions supplied.
• Process fulfillment requests using instructions supplied.
• Work directly with Payroll Administrators to identify/resolve all issues related to fulfillment process.
• Maintains required written records, files and documentation.
• Operate inserting and postage machines.
• Operate shipping stations.
• Follow and maintain 5S standards.
• Work on special projects as assigned by the Fulfillment Manager.
