Job summary

OneSource Virtual (OSV) in Dallas, TX is seeking a Fulfillment Processor to handle payroll checks, advices, W-2s and garnishments. You will print files, operate inserting and postage machines, and prepare shipping documents while following written guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tickets to ensure SLAs and high customer satisfaction.
• Process payrolls/FAO/Garnishments/Benefits and incoming mail per instructions.
• Process fulfillment requests using prescribed procedures.
• Collaborate with Payroll Administrators to resolve fulfillment issues.
• Maintain written records and documentation.
• Operate inserting and postage machines and shipping stations.
• Adhere to 5S standards and participate in special projects.
