• Model the runway to forecast next funding date.
• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts and variance analyses.
• Turn quarter-end into the calmest week of the finance cycle.
• Tighten revenue-recognition policy as deals grow complex.
• Manage banking relationships and optimize treasury operations.
• Stand up internal controls that survive audits.
