A leading payroll solutions provider is seeking a Payroll Division Manager to drive market penetration through targeted payroll campaigns. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team, ensuring sales goals are met and developing strong client relationships. The role requires strong communication skills, team leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Payroll Territory Managers and Senior Product Advisors.
• Achieve productive sales goals monthly.
• Conduct monthly training sessions and team meetings.
• Maintain client records in the CRM system.
