Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Directs and controls payroll preparation and production across regular, special, and supplemental payrolls.
• Develops and implements payroll procedures to ensure timely processing and payment of benefits.
• Coordinates payroll data input accuracy and balances payroll prior to check disbursement.
• Interfaces with administrators and HR to process hiring, leaves, terminations and other employment issues.
• Ensures safety procedures and proper use of office tools; travels to district meetings as required.
