Norfolk Southern Corporation in Atlanta is seeking a Payroll Business Analyst to join the Payroll team. This role supports a wide range of payroll-related functions, including reporting, data analysis, account reconciliations, process management, and other payroll processing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years minimum experience; 3–5 years preferred technical experience.
• Experience with payroll processes, reporting, and reconciliations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate payroll designImplementations and serve as liaison between Accounting, IT, and other departments.
• Review day-to-day payroll records and general ledger reporting.
• Generate payroll reports and provide analysis for internal/external stakeholders.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests and audit inquiries.
• Support payroll security processes by reviewing access controls and permissions.
