Responsibilities

• Process weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Audit payroll data for accuracy including hours, deductions, and taxes.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries with a high level of service and professionalism.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and related tasks.
• Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and management on payroll matters.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies with timely follow-up.
