Tri-Arc Food Systems, Inc | Bojangles is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator in Raleigh, NC. This on-site role oversees payroll operations for thousands of employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing through Paychex Flex.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of payroll experience, an associate degree or higher, and strong skills in Paychex Flex, Excel, and MS Office. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; Monday–Friday, 8-hour days, with occasional evenings or weekends.

Competenze

• Associate degree or higher is required.
• 1-3 years of payroll processing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Paychex Flex and payroll laws at federal, state and local levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist with weekly payroll processing for 3,600 employees using Paychex Flex.
• Support payroll processing for an additional 400 employees in a second legal entity.
• Generate payroll reports and assist employees with Paychex Flex access.
• Manage new hire onboarding data and pay card assignments.
• Assist with unemployment claims and payroll inquiries.
