Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher is required.
• 1-3 years of payroll processing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Paychex Flex and payroll laws at federal, state and local levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with weekly payroll processing for 3,600 employees using Paychex Flex.
• Support payroll processing for an additional 400 employees in a second legal entity.
• Generate payroll reports and assist employees with Paychex Flex access.
• Manage new hire onboarding data and pay card assignments.
• Assist with unemployment claims and payroll inquiries.

Payroll Coordination Responsibilities

• Assist with weekly payroll processing for 3,600 employees using Paychex Flex
• Support payroll processing for an additional 400 employees in a second legal entity
• Generate various payroll reports and assist employees with Paychex Flex account access
• Manage new hire onboarding data and pay card assignments
• Assist with unemployment claims and respond to payroll-related inquiries

File and Document Management

• Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems for payroll documentation
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee records

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree or higher
• 1-3 years of payroll processing experience, preferably with Paychex Flex
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
