Job summary

Pressley Ridge is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to manage semi-monthly payrolls for exempt and non-exempt staff in a timely, accurate manner. You will work with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates bring several years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates or bachelor’s in accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience with payroll and sensitive data handling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and processes semi-monthly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Maintains payroll records and responds to employee inquiries.
• Assists with payroll reporting, tax filings, and year-end processes.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
