Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting or 2–3 years accounting/payroll experience.
• Payroll experience is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping; proficiency with MS Office, advanced Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Maintain financial records and assist with routine accounting tasks.
• Work with Fiscal, HR, and program staff and external vendors.
• Cross-train in multiple fiscal functions and act as backup when needed.
