Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination.
• Prior payroll experience required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain time worked records and payroll statistics.
• Process three payrolls: one weekly and two salaried.
• Compile hourly data and enter into payroll system ensuring accuracy.
• Distribute payroll and prepare W-2 forms as needed.
• Administer wage withholdings and benefits deductions.
