Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Compile payroll data from time sheets and records
• Enter data into payroll system to compute wages and deductions
• Post data to payroll records
• Review wages for accuracy and correct errors
• Record changes affecting net wages (exemptions, insurance, loans)
• Record transfers between departments
• Prepare periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions
• Prepare and issue paychecks
• Keep records of leave pay and nontaxable wages
