The role in a nutshell:

The Payroll Coordinator will manage the entire employment lifecycle of workers at Safeguard Global. Key responsibilities include handling daily queries, ensuring smooth and compliant payroll processing for clients by collaborating with internal and external providers, generating sales invoices, and ensuring timely worker payments.

How you will make a difference:

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle for workers post-onboarding.
  • Maintain knowledge of payroll policies and relevant governmental regulations.
  • Investigate and correct payroll discrepancies.
  • Review and approve payroll reports.
  • Maintain KPIs, internal reports, payroll schedules, and master payroll data.
  • Ensure accurate and timely worker payments.
  • Collaborate with clients on in-country requirements during the worker lifecycle.
  • Keep employee data up-to-date before payroll processing.
  • Address worker queries as the point of contact.
  • Manage funding and billing processes, including charging sheets and sales invoices.
  • Store all relevant worker documentation in compliance with local regulations.
  • Handle employment contract changes, salary adjustments, and benefits updates.
  • Respond promptly to queries from workers, support teams, and clients.
  • Manage compliant offboarding processes for all workers.
  • Ensure background checks are completed when required.
