Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processing and tax regulations.
• Ability to accurately enter and maintain employee payroll data.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly employee payroll.
• Verify and reconcile payroll data for compliance with policies and procedures.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll with excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with HR to maintain payroll-related records (new hires, status changes, terminations).
• Prepare payroll reports for management and finance.
• Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices; suggest improvements.
• Review and audit year-end W-2s.
• Perform monthly payroll liability reconciliations.
• Provide backup support to other roles as needed.
