Job summary

Stamford Health is seeking a Payroll/HR System Analyst to coordinate the full-cycle payroll process using ADP Enterprise and Kronos time collection. You will work with HR on rate changes, retro amounts, and terminations, and respond to payroll inquiries from employees with a focus on service quality.

The role also involves providing strategic leadership for Stamford Health’s cybersecurity program leveraging the NIST Framework, in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with ADP Enterprise, ADP Reporting and UKG Time Keeping required.
• Healthcare exposure a plus.
• Proficient at MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle payroll process via ADP Enterprise and Kronos time collection.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on rate changes, retro amounts and terminations.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries by phone or e-mail with high service levels.
• Provide strategic vision for Stamford Health’s cybersecurity program leveraging the NIST Framework.
