Connecticut Children's seeks a Payroll Analyst to support payroll processing by entering data, performing reconciliations, and resolving correction requests to ensure deadlines and accurate paychecks.
The role involves reviewing time and attendance, processing tax deductions and garnishments, and analyzing compensation data. Proficiency with Kronos and ADP, advanced Excel, and strong communication are required.
The Payroll Analyst supports the Payroll department by monitoring, managing and resolving all incoming requests for correction. The Payroll Analysis supports payroll processing by performing data entry, reconciliations and analysis as needed to ensure deadlines are met and paychecks are accurate.
Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst, Payroll Associate or Payroll Coordinator. Experience with large payroll volume (> 1,000 employees) and multi-state experience preferred. Hands on experience with Kronos and Enterprise ADP preferred. Advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
