Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC in Stamford, CT, is seeking a part-time Payroll Administrator to join a mission-driven finance team. The role focuses on end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance while maintaining flexible, hybrid scheduling.

You will manage ADP Workforce Now for bi-weekly payroll, review timecards, handle tax withholdings, deductions, and reporting, and support audits and onboarding/offboarding activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience reconciling payroll reports and data.
• Knowledge of federal and Connecticut payroll, tax, wage, and leave regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll in ADP from timekeeping through reporting.
• Review, reconcile, and resolve payroll discrepancies, timecards, and employee pay changes.
• Maintain employee payroll records, tax withholdings, deductions, and compliance requirements.
• Support payroll reporting, audits, W-2 processing, and labor cost allocations.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and support onboarding/offboarding activities.

Target Compensation: $35.00/hour (18-20 hours per week)
