Advocare, LLC is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join a remote, full-time team. You will report to the Payroll Manager and process bi-weekly payroll for a portion of 3200+ employees, collaborating with two other coordinators.
You will ensure compliance with payroll laws, prepare reports, resolve issues, and support new Care Centers with payroll roll-out. Prior Paylocity experience is a plus; strong confidentiality and communication skills are required.

As a Payroll Coordinator you will report to the Payroll Manager and work with a team of 2 other Payroll Coordinators to ensure that all employees are paid timely and accurately.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
