Integrity Asset Management is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage payroll records, bonuses, commissions, and related quarterly tax filings. This role partners with the HR Manager to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across properties.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and word processing with strong accounting knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to confidentiality.
• Experience with multiple accounting software platforms and general ledger processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates payroll, bonuses, commissions, and quarterly tax-related activities.
• Prepares and submits payroll, taxes, garnishments, and reports on a timely basis.
• Prepares bi-weekly payroll closing reports and reconciles payroll accounts.
• Collaborates with HR and finance to resolve discrepancies and respond to payroll inquiries.
• Maintains accuracy of financial reporting and monthly reconciliations.
