Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or related field.
• Four years accounting and payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Must pass background check with no felony convictions.

Responsibilities

• Receives time-keeping records from all departments for payroll processing.
• Compiles and analyzes payroll data and prepares related reports.
• Verifies attendance discrepancies and resolves hours issues.
• Reviews and processes forms such as PTO, leaves, transfers, and hires.
• Calculates and processes employee deductions, taxes, garnishments, and benefits.
• Maintains confidential payroll records and responds to employee questions.
• Prepares direct deposits and electronic funds transfers for payroll.
