Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of payroll, accounting, HR, or related administrative experience.
• Experience with payroll systems and payroll tax processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll-related transactions, including bonuses, vacation payouts, monthly payrolls, posting payments, per diem payments, and other supplemental earnings.
• Review payroll reports and identify discrepancies prior to payroll processing and finalization.
• Ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Research and resolve payroll exceptions and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Process payroll tax payments, filings, and related activities through ADP SmartCompliance.
• Reconcile and balance monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax reports.
• Assist with tax-related audits, inquiries, and compliance requirements.
