Job summary

You will perform data entry, review direct deposits for accuracy, and ensure Employee Action Forms are complete before processing, contributing to timely and compliant payroll processing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews employees' direct deposits for accuracy and escalates issues as appropriate.
• Provides customer service support by answering phone calls and addressing inquiries or concerns.
• Ensures all Employee Action Forms are complete and accurate before processing.
• Performs daily data entry functions accurately and captures necessary data for operational efficiency.
• Handles submission of payroll-related documents ensuring timely delivery and compliance with policies.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
