Responsibilities

• Reviews employees' direct deposits for accuracy, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Provides customer service support by answering calls and addressing inquiries or concerns.
• Ensures Employee Action Forms are complete and accurate before processing.
• Performs daily data entry to capture necessary payroll data.
• Handles submission of payroll documents ensuring timely delivery and policy compliance.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
