The Payroll Clerk is responsible for accurate and timely entry of payroll information, maintaining payroll records, administering payroll-related systems and deductions, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and District policies. This position regularly interacts with internal and external customers and requires excellent communication problem-solving, and customer service skills.
The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe; possess an eye for detail and outstanding problem-solving skills; demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills to interact with internal and external customers.

Schedule: 8 AM - 4 PM Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours/day, 12 Months (260-262 days per year)
Compensation: Starting hourly rate: $26.55/hour. Spring-Ford Area School District offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and prescription insurance, as well as paid time off and a tuition reimbursement program. This position is part of the Public School Employees Retirement System (PSERS).
