Educational Service Center of the Western Reserve is seeking a payroll coordinator to ensure timely processing of payroll for all staff and to manage related reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with district policies.
The position requires high school diploma and experience with payroll systems, data entry and related controls. You will work with district staff and administrative teams to resolve pay questions and ensure proper records.

Performs timely processing of payroll and associated reporting.

High school diploma. Post-secondary training is desirable. Basic understanding of Uniform School Accounting System, (USAS), and Uniform School Payroll System, (USPS), preferred. Proficient in data entry, spelling, proofreading, and the correct use of grammar. Ability to be attentive to detail and able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy. General understanding of internal control system(s). Multitasking ability and strong interpersonal skills.
