The Illinois Association of School Administrators is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage biweekly payroll processing in Skyward and handle related deductions, taxes and direct deposits. The role requires accuracy, discretion, and timely reporting for school employees.

Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, updating attendance in Skyward, and coordinating with the finance team on benefits, invoices, and year-end adjustments.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Professional discretion handling student, parent, staff, and finances matters.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google programs.
• Ability to learn and use other software and web-based programs.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and process payroll in Skyward every two weeks.
• Send payroll for direct deposit, taxes, TRS, IMRF electronically.
• Adjust final monthly payroll for insurance benefits.
• Stay current on state and federal payroll and pension regulations.
• Process and maintain attendance for employees daily in Skyward.
