Qualifications

Job description

Our client is a healthcare firm looking for a Payroll/Billing Specialist.


Responsibilities:
  1. You will play an integral role in our client/caregiver scheduling, payroll, and billing efforts.
  2. You’ll also be responsible for several human resources-related tasks.
  3. Monitor and ensure accuracy in employees’ electronic clock-in and clock-out times.
  4. Identify and resolve issues that arise in timekeeping for hourly employees.
  5. Generate weekly and bi-weekly payroll files for employees.
  6. Handle requests for employee expense reimbursements.
  7. Generate bi-weekly invoices for clients.
  8. Assist with billing and accounts receivable.
  9. Support employees with requests on health benefits, 401K plan, and various requests for PTO/sick leave or other benefits.

Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 2 years of payroll experience.
  2. Certified Payroll Professional certification preferred.
  3. Exceptional understanding and comfort with Microsoft Excel.

Full-time


Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
