Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support Payroll and Benefits systems, focusing on issue triage, testing, and process improvements in a Dallas, TX setting.

You will partner with HR and IT teams to optimize system performance and user experience, while contributing to AI-enabled initiatives within Payroll and Benefits. This role emphasizes stakeholder communication and data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent.
• 0-3 years of experience in business systems analysis, HRIS, Payroll, or Benefits systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of testing methodologies (QA/UAT).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of SQL or basic data analysis tools.
• Programming Languages like Java, Python etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support and triage for end users and stakeholders regarding Payroll & Benefits system processes, issues, and capabilities, under the guidance of a Senior Analyst or Business Consultant.
• Analyze, monitor, and support Payroll & Benefits applications and system integrations, ensuring smooth system functionality and issue resolution.
• Develop, prepare, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements, system knowledge, and defined acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and developers to support QA activities and assist in UAT for system enhancements and new initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including People (HR) and Digital & Technology resources, to support project delivery and stakeholder alignment for system changes.
