Triunity Software, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions in a fast-paced tech environment. You will turn complex problems into actionable insights and collaborate across development and QA teams to deliver value.

The role requires gathering requirements, mapping processes, and creating user stories and workflows, with strong communication and UAT support. A CBAP or related certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software/tech.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders.
• CBAP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities
