Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for the Corporate Finance team in Dallas, TX. This role partners with functional leaders to drive cost management, headcount planning, and financial reporting across functions, leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis and partnerships.

You will work with TM1/Cognos and Excel, supporting budgeting cycles, headcount reporting, and close activities while helping migrate to OneStream as the planning platform evolves.

Qualifications

• Experience as a finance business partner to corporate functional leaders.
• Proficient in TM1/Cognos and Excel for large datasets.
• Experience with headcount and opex reporting.
• Familiar with AI-assisted analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional cost center owners to track monthly actuals vs budget and forecast.
• Support annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and LRP planning cycles.
• Prepare headcount and opex reporting with visibility into actuals and run-rate cost trajectories.
• Leverage TM1/Cognos and Excel to analyze large datasets; assist migration to OneStream and AI tooling.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Shared Services on month-end close activities.
• Build financial models to support cost transformation initiatives and ad hoc requests.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate analysis and executive-ready outputs.
• Explain complex information to stakeholders in straightforward terms.
