Job summary

Hanwha Materials Savannah LLC in Midway, GA is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to manage weekly and semi-monthly payroll, employee benefits, and the 401(k) retirement plan. You will work with HR, Finance, carriers, and providers to ensure accurate pay and timely benefit coverage.

The role requires strong ADP payroll experience and advanced Excel skills, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across states. This is a full-time position based in Midway, Georgia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, HR, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce payroll system required.
• Experience processing weekly payroll for hourly manufacturing employees preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Processes weekly and semi-monthly payroll activities including employee maintenance transactions, compensation changes, payroll adjustments, and deductions.
• Reviews payroll data for accuracy and compliance with FLSA
• Performs payroll audits and resolves discrepancies
• Maintains employee payroll records and supporting documentation
• Coordinates with accounting for proper business unit allocation and reporting.
