Qualifications

• 2+ years of current or recent payroll processing experience.
• Hands-on ADP experience (required), with ADP Vantage a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for roughly 1,900 employees across four pay groups.
• Prepare, balance, and reconcile every payroll run in line with compliance requirements.
• Enter and audit adjustments, manual checks, and refunds, keeping clean logs and reconciliations.
• Research and resolve employee pay issues, partnering with Benefits, Employee Relations, and Recruiting
