Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years' payroll and benefits administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state and local payroll laws.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest in DEI work is encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Process semi-monthly payroll using ADP for compliance with laws.
  • Enter payroll journal entries into NXT accounting platform.
  • Respond to employee payroll questions and support ADP self-service.
  • Maintain payroll records and tax withholdings.
  • Administer all benefit plans and open enrollments in ADP.
  • Serve as liaison with carriers and third-party administrators.
  • Prepare reports for annual audits and compliance reports.
  • Support HR function as needed.
