Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting activities to maintain accuracy and data integrity.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, status changes, terminations, and annual open enrollment activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll and benefits questions.
• Partner with HR and Accounting teams to maintain employee records, ensure compliance, and support process improvement initiatives.
