Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Business, Accounting or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain a payroll certification within two years of placement.
• Minimum 3 years of multi-state payroll processing experience in engineering/manufacturing.
• Must be eligible to possess explosives under the Safe Explosives Act for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle bi-weekly payroll across multiple pay groups with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and audit HRIS data and benefits programs.
• Support year-end payroll activities (W-2, 1095-C) and audits.
• Reconcile payroll reports and coordinate with finance for tax and garnishment handling.
• Ensure data integrity across HR, payroll, benefits and timekeeping systems.
