Job summary

Greenrise-Technologies,-LL is seeking a Payroll Manager to own day-to-day payroll processing for our multi-state workforce and administer our benefits programs. This individual-contributor role ensures accurate, timely payroll and oversees benefits administration for medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, and 401(k).

The Payroll Manager will maintain compliance with IRS and state regulations, work with employees and managers, and optimize Paycor system usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive multi-state payroll experience.
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws.
• Proficient in Paycor payroll software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly payroll runs, garnishments, deductions, and incentive payouts.
• Administer benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, and 401(k).
• Lead payroll system administration, state compliance, and Paycor optimization.
• Ensure IRS/state/local tax compliance and respond to payroll inquiries.
