Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Senior Benefits & HR Specialist to lead the administration of employee benefits and support HR programs across a growing workforce in Wisconsin.

You will serve as the primary contact for benefits inquiries, ensure compliance with FMLA, COBRA, ACA, ERISA and state laws, and partner with leadership to boost employee engagement and total rewards initiatives. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with benefits administration.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, COBRA, ACA, ERISA, and Wisconsin laws.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits platforms.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave management, and wellness initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, benefits regulations, and company policies.
• Partner with leadership to enhance employee engagement, retention, and total rewards programs.
• Manage benefits open enrollment processes, vendor relationships, and annual benefits communications.
• Analyze HR and benefits data to identify trends and recommend program improvements.
