Beep, Inc. is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to own accurate and compliant payroll delivery and benefits administration. The role partners with HR, Finance, and vendors to ensure smooth operations as Beep grows.

This mid-level position is based at our Orlando headquarters and supports a multistate workforce. You will handle detailed payroll tasks, benefits enrollment, and data integrity across HRIS systems, while ensuring ACA/ERISA/COBRA/HIPAA compliance and timely employee

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of combined experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with payroll tax rules (federal/state) and wage-and-hour laws.
• Experience with health/dental/vision, retirement plans, and employer benefit programs.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately for hourly, salaried, and multi-state employees.
• Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement benefit programs.
• Lead open enrollment and communicate benefits changes to employees.
• Maintain HRIS/payroll records and support audits and compliance.
