Job summary

Eccalon, LLC is a detail-oriented payroll and benefits specialist position responsible for accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance. You will manage payroll records, enrollments, and year-end reporting while advising employees on their benefits coverage.

Responsibilities include collaborating with HR and finance to reconcile payroll data, administer health plans and 401(k) programs, and support open enrollment and W-2 processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or related field.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Payroll and Benefits Specialist or similar.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll software (ADP, Paychex) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
• Oversee complete payroll including hires, terminations and changes.
• Administer employee benefits programs and enrollment changes.
• Prepare payroll reports and ensure compliance with laws.
• Coordinate with HR and finance to reconcile payroll data.
• Assist with year-end activities (W-2s) and open enrollment.
