Eccalon is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Specialist in Detroit to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and benefits administration.

You will handle payroll calculations, year-end reporting, benefits enrollment, and compliance with federal/state regulations while serving as the main point of contact for employees on payroll and benefits questions.

You will collaborate with HR and finance to reconcile payroll data, administer 401(k) plans, and support open enrollment periods.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR.
• CPP certification required or equivalent payroll credentials.
• Minimum 5 years of payroll/benefits experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and benefits administration.
• Proficiency with ADP or Paychex and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Administer benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
• Prepare year-end reports and W-2s and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR and finance to reconcile payroll data.
• Support open enrollment and communicate plan provisions.
