Job summary

The Office of the Clerk is offering a position as a Payroll Officer based in Springfield, Illinois. The candidate will handle payroll and insurance processes while resolving any personnel pay issues.

Responsibilities

• Processing full-time payroll and insurance for the Clerk’s Office.
• Resolving personnel issues concerning employee pay.
• Processing vouchers in a timely manner for the Clerk’s Office.
• Setting up and monitoring obligations for district office employee pay.
• Responding to inquiries concerning payroll and benefits.
• Working cooperatively with office staff on general duties.
