Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly payroll processing, deductions, benefits and taxes.
• Manage insurance enrollments and benefits coordination.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations including FMLA, ACA, Paid Leave, Hours Worked, Workers Compensation.
• Assist with hiring: postings, interviewing, onboarding.
