Job summary

Quanta US is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join its Human Resources team. This role goes beyond processing; you will own multi-state payroll, administer benefits, and partner with HR leadership to improve processes across locations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of payroll/benefits experience, strong HRIS knowledge, and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset. You will support compliance and reporting efforts in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll and/or benefits administration experience.
• Multi-state payroll experience required.
• Knowledge of payroll tax and employment compliance.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll across multiple cycles
• Administer employee benefits and support annual open enrollment
• Serve as a primary resource for payroll and benefits questions
• Maintain HRIS and payroll system data integrity
• Ensure payroll and benefits compliance with federal and state regulations
• Partner with HR leadership on reporting, audits, and process improvements
• Collaborate with local HR teams across multiple locations
