Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in an HR role at a fast-paced company.
• Experience supporting payroll and state taxes, preferably with Rippling.
• Working knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-monthly payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage state registration and employment taxes.
• Assist with benefits enrollments and audits.
