Kirtland Credit Union in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to oversee daily payroll operations and manage group benefit programs. This regular full-time position offers a hybrid work schedule following an introductory period, with responsibilities across payroll processing, benefits administration, tax filings, and HRIS data management.

You will provide excellent service to employees, ensure accuracy of timesheets, maintain records, and prepare reports for auditors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll/benefits experience.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Experience with benefit administration.
• Experience with Accounts Payable/Finance preferred.
• Strong Excel experience.
• Multi-state payroll processing desired.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day payroll operations.
• Provide exceptional payroll service and handle inquiries.
• Enter and maintain electronic employee records accurately.
• Process bi-weekly payroll.
• Prepare payroll, benefit, and related reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax, benefit filings.
• Manage year-end reporting and W-2s.
• Support HR and auditors with records.
