The role requires 3–5 years of payroll/benefits experience, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business preferred, and PHR certification preferred. Strong Excel and HRIS skills are essential to ensure accurate processing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Manage employee payroll records and data accuracy.
• Administer all health and wellness, disability, life insurance, flexible spending, 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plans.
